Mega Vape Australia — Refund & Return Policy
At Mega Vape Australia, we comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our policies are designed to ensure transparency, clarity, and peace of mind for every transaction.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your tracking information shows the item was delivered.
To map to different reasons for your return, please review our requirements below:
Buyer’s Change of Mind: We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery. However, due to health, hygiene, and consumer safety regulations surrounding vaping products, the items must be completely unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed retail packaging.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, dead-on-arrival (DOA), or is otherwise defective, you are fully covered under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items if they have been opened, unsealed, or used:
E-liquids / Vape Juices
Pre-filled pods or disposable vape devices
Coils, tanks, and mouthpieces (drip tips) that have been removed from their original blister packaging
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please complete the following steps:
Contact our support team via email at info@megavapeaustralia.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.
Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit and include your order number inside the package.
4. Return Shipping Methods & Fees
For Defective or Incorrect Items: Mega Vape Australia will cover all return shipping costs. We will email you a prepaid, downloadable/printable return shipping label.
For Buyer’s Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fees: We believe in absolute transparency. Mega Vape Australia does not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for returned items.
5. Refund Processing Time
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.
